Returns and Refunds

Please contact customer service via email support@lilbos.com using your order number if there is a problem with the item purchased and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as we can.

Damaged and faulty jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. If we have the stock available the item will be replaced or a store credit will be issued. Damaged item/s must be photographed and emailed to customer service within 3 days of receiving the package for proof. We will not replace items damaged by the customer.

Please pick items carefully as we do not accept returns for purchasing the wrong item or size.

Sale and discounted items can not be returned.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
