I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All orders with verified addresses are processed in 1-3 business days, not including weekends.

After that, standard delivery time within New Zealand is 1-3 business days and 3-10 business days for international orders.

What method is used for shipping?

Lilbos.com ships via NZ Post.

What countries do you ship to?

We post Aotearoa New Zealand wide.

International Countries: Australia, United States, Samoa, and the Cook Islands.

I am an international customer (outside NZ) do I have to pay customs and taxes?

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from NZPOST and USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Aotearoa New Zealand.

Lil Baby Old School is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

Please double check your shipping address before checking out. We cannot accommodate address changes.

Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

Once an order is placed, it's final and can't be changed. However, if the order hasn't been processed and you'd like to switch items within the same price range, we're happy to help with that. Please note that we're unable to process refunds for difference in price.

I accidently broke my chain, can i buy a new one separately?

Yes, we understand that accidents can happen. Should you ever require a replacement chain, we offer options that match the original design of your jewelry for a discounted price. Please email support@lilbos.com with your order number and photo proof of your broken chain.
